I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I tailor treatment to your preferences. Signing up for therapy is a brave step — well done for starting.

I use CBT, DBT, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to guide our work.

I work with adults facing stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, abuse, and challenges with motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.

I provide a warm, welcoming, competent, and supportive space to share thoughts, feelings, experiences, and goals.

We set SMART goals together with clear, measurable steps to track progress.

I transitioned from banking and finance—where I built relationships and helped clients plan—to therapy to support mental health needs.

Racheal Bergmann, MSW, LCSW, CSAC

I have 12 years of experience as a mental health clinician. I started my career as a substance abuse counselor and social worker with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections and from there have worked as a mental health provider, psychotherapist, and clinical social worker for several organizations including the Wisconsin Department of Health and SSM Health in Ripon, WI. In addition, I have taught in the social work department at Marian University in Fond du Lac and in the substance abuse counseling program at Moraine Park Technical College in Fond du Lac. I am a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee social work master’s program, with an emphasis in clinical counseling and mental health. Prior to my change in careers, I worked in banking and finance for 12 years.

My husband and I reside in Fond du Lac. I am the mother of two daughters, both who have and are currently served in the United States Armed Forces. I also have granddaughters. In my free time, I enjoy running, reading, and volunteering in my community through organizations like the Red Cross, where I am serving in their Services to the Armed Forces division.
